Delrin Ball Bearings

MATERIALS
These bearings have acetylic resin axial rings (DELRIN), but with a different (“convex”) inner ring profile. The internal balls can be made of hardened chromium steel 100 C6 or stainless steel AISI 420 or DELRIN.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Characterised by high smoothness, noiselessness, resistance to acids, humidity and high temperatures (up to 100°C), TRIC acetylic resin bearings are able to resist a high load thanks to the full complement of balls. Also for this series, the design of the inner and outer axial rings guarantees perfect shielding from dust and external agents, thus enabling a longer life in application.
APPLICATIONS
Drawers and doors of metal and wooden furniture, doors and window frames in general, concealed sliding doors, baskets for refrigerators and dishwashers, shower cabins, various applications for the food and chemical industries.
