Brass Ball Bearings with nylon lining and inner hole

MATERIALS

These bearings are made with brass rings with tubular inner ring. The inner ring consists of a tube, on which is placed the sliding track for the balls, while the diameter of the outer ring is lined with glass-fibre reinforced Nylon 6. The balls are made of hardened 100C6 chrome steel. In some models, a nylon cage is used to keep the balls equally spaced.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The Nylon lining guarantees perfectly smooth and silent running.

Drawers and doors of metal and wooden furniture, workbench drawers, concealed sliding doors, doors and window frames in general, baskets for refrigerators and dishwashers, gravity rollers, small overhead conveyors.

MATERIALS

These bearings are made with brass rings and screw pins. The outer ring diameter is lined with nylon. The balls are made of hardened 100C6 chrome steel and are equally spaced with a polyamide PA6 cage.
